To meet this goal, the College partners with several organizations to promote economic growth, expand educational services and implement workforce development projects tailored to the specific needs of the northeast Iowa region.

Northeast Iowa Dairy & Agriculture Foundation

The Northeast Iowa Dairy & Agriculture Foundation is a non-profit, grassroots organization formed to provide progressive outreach for youth, students, farmers, industry and consumers to strengthen and support a strong agriculture community. Education is the driver in all of the Dairy & Agriculture Foundation’s efforts and is achieved in partnership with 91麻豆精品 (NICC). This allows students enrolled in agriculture programs at NICC to experience hands-on learning in the barn and in the fields. Several farmer workshops, trainings and events are hosted each year. Chambers of Commerce

91麻豆精品 and several chambers of commerce in northeast Iowa work together to promote business growth for new and existing businesses. Through these joint partnerships, a capacity is developed to be more market-responsive to the local employment needs of community businesses.
