Iowa Kibbie Grant
, also known as the Iowa Skilled Workforce Shortage Tuition Grant, is for Iowa residents enrolled in specified career or technical education programs at Iowa's Community Colleges.
2025-26 Eligibility Criteria
- The FAFSA must be submitted on or before July 1 for the upcoming school year (July 1, 2025 for 2025-26 school year)
- Student Aid Index (SAI) must be between (-)1500 and 6000 (2025-26 school year)
- Iowa resident
- Enrolled in an eligible program of study at NICC
- Registered for a minimum of 3 credit hours each semester
- Meet all other federal and state aid eligibility criteria
